Homebuyer Report

The Homebuyer Report is a more ‘standard format’ version report, providing brief details of the defects found within the property including its general condition. A valuation is also included as part of the report.

Property Valuation

Our GHIS registered Valuer will inspect the property and provide a dependable valuation using the information gathered from his visit, local knowledge and comparable properties. A written opinion or valuation report may be provided on request. Our valuations could prove to be a pivotal decision making factor for your potential purchase or sale.

Planning Application and Appeals

Expert Witness & Boundary Dispute Reporting

We have extensive experience acting on behalf of Clients dealing with disputes between neighbours or contractors where works have been carried out unsatisfactorily or boundary walls and fence lines are in dispute. We are able to provide the necessary plans, expert reports and documentation for submission to the Land Registry or Court hearings and can appear in court as your ‘expert witness’ if required.
