The package we are offering is quite unique; each serviced building plot comes with a planning package, with full planning permission.
Range of House Types
There is a choice of house type and size offering plans to build detached four bedroom houses, three bedroom houses, three bedroom bungalows and two bedroom bungalow. The plots are spacious with generous space for gardens; a driveway and most have either detached or integrated garages. The design has been carefully thought out to suit modern living, although clients may amend the internal layout of the homes.
Quality Design to Modern Standards
The houses will be built of sand create blocks. The roof will be of natural shingles or terra coater slate and option for chimneys. Planning permission will be secured to incorporate solar panels to the roofs but it is not obligatory to install them. The windows will be hardwood effect reinforced uPVC with double glazed thermally efficient sealed units.
This brings individuality to each of the dwellings but keeping them in the appearance of the same family with the imaginative combination of the external materials.
Each site will be fully-serviced with water, electricity, telephone, surface and mains water drainage. These services will be in place to each site so connection is easy. The development site will have finished and adopted access roads and pavements and street lighting.
The offer you a chance to self-build, with all the planning permission and service issues taken care of, removing stress and long delays.

The building plots will be surrounded by open space green fields and trees, with the scenic Aburi hills in the backdrop to the town of Amrahia. There is an emphasis on nature with established mature trees being retained and with the addition of semi-mature trees.
The development site will be enclosed with sand create block fences to provide a safe, stylish and peaceful place to live.
Building Your Home
Planning permission will be sort for the layout, setting and external appearance of the dwellings but the internal details, finishes, kitchens and bathrooms can be designed to suit clients own personal preferences. Clients who chose to amend the interior just need to finalize the details with our architect to suit their requirements, obtain building regulation approval and work can commence on the new home.
